UAE Announced A Donation Campaign For Lebanon

Many Islamic countries are being destroyed in the war between Palestine and Israel. Nearby countries who love Palestine are donating to Palestine. Dubai and Abu Dhabi announced a major relief and matching donation.

As Lebanon stands by Palestine and suffers the consequences of the armed conflict, the United Arab Emirates also announced a donation. Many boxes are ready to ship to the people of Lebanon. The UAE government officially launched this campaign, which is open to other UAE residents participating in this donation. The donation campaign started on Tuesday, October 8, and will continue until October 21.

This donation campaign started after the order of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed on an urgent basis. The worth of this donation is around 100 million dollars.  

Time and Location Specified For Donation in UAE for Lebanon

  • October 12 (Saturday): From 9 AM to 1 PM. at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai.
  • October 13 (Sunday): From 9 AM to 1 PM at the Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal of Abu Dhabi Ports (Terminal 1).

What Is The Purpose Of Starting This Campaign?

The purpose of this campaign is to provide support only to the people of Lebanon who are suffering because of Israel’s misbehavior in the war with Palestine.

Who Gave The Order To Start This Campaign?

The campaign was launched under the directives of President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and the support of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs Sheikh Tayyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Court for Development Affairs and Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
