Dubai recently introduced a learner passport for all newborns. The aim launching of this passport is that every child could get the best and proper education. This was launched by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and falls under Education Strategy 2033.
What is the Learner’s Passport?
The Learner’s Passport is a type of passport that will track your child’s education system. When a child is born, at the same time or on the same day, this passport will issued. This passport will help to monitor your child’s progress and make sure they are enrolled in school or getting the right education at the right age.
According to the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the learner passport will track everything from registration, and enrollment to the process of starting studies, said Director General Miran Aisha. All expenses for your child’s education will be covered by the UAE government.

Therefore, this passport will support the development of education for all newborns.

The Learner Passport is a part of the Education Plan also, it is designed for the 2033 Education Strategy. These strategies include:
